These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the piok platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using piok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one registered account at piok. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, piok reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or winnings.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

BDT Payments Only
piok processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. No currency conversion fees are charged by piok on BDT transactions.
Fair Play Standards

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and piok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the piok website at https://piok.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support functions.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, launching a game, or otherwise using any part of the piok platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines referenced herein — including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of piok and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support at [email protected]. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to piok is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. Failure to meet any single criterion renders use of the platform prohibited.
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. piok enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under 18 at the time of registration or at any subsequent point will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported as required by applicable policy.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing piok from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of piok complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling due to court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument are not permitted to use piok.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with piok or any other gambling operator that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.
- Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the account solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and verification must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false identity information is a serious breach of this Agreement.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of piok services — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players who meet the criteria set out in Section 2.
During registration you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You may also be asked to provide your preferred BDT payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account details) at the time of your first deposit or withdrawal request.
- One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account at piok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all related accounts.
- Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. piok will never request your password via email or live chat.
- Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify piok immediately at [email protected]. piok will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account pending verification.
- Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account profile or notify support promptly.
- Account Transfer: Your piok account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other individual. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account suspension.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on piok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). piok does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider directly.

- Verification Requirement: Identity verification must be completed before piok processes any withdrawal request. Pending verification, withdrawal requests will be held but the funds will remain secure in your piok balance.
- Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. piok reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm ownership of the payment method.
- Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw locked bonus funds may result in the bonus being forfeited.
- Suspicious Transactions: piok reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of this Agreement.
- Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your account within the timeframes above, contact support immediately at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and the amount. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the issue has been resolved.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
piok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses, free bets, and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time window — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
- Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses: Bets placed using sports bonus funds must meet a minimum odds threshold to contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not count toward the bonus wagering calculation. The minimum odds applicable to each promotion are published on the promotion page.
- Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward casino bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, RNG table games, and other categories may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10% or 20%). Full contribution rate tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
- One Active Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Depositing to claim a new bonus while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
- Abuse and Exploitation: piok monitors all accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, structured wagering designed to exploit bonus terms (so-called "bonus hunting"), or coordinated play between accounts. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonuses and derived winnings voided and the account may be permanently suspended.
- Promotion Eligibility: Certain promotions may be restricted to players who have not previously claimed a similar offer, to players depositing above a minimum threshold, or to players in specific regions. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page. piok reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: piok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are offered at piok's sole discretion and no player is entitled to any specific promotion by default.
Betting & Casino Game Rules
By placing a bet or launching a casino game on piok, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of the relevant market or game and that you accept the outcome as final once the bet is settled or the game round is complete. The following general rules apply across all piok betting and gaming products.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to piok's right to refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed the platform's stated maximum stake limits for a given market. Bet acceptance is confirmed only once the platform displays a written confirmation and the stake has been deducted from the player's balance.
- Void Bets: piok reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred — including where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical fault, where a market was opened or offered in error, or where piok reasonably determines that the bet was placed on the basis of misrepresented information. Voided bets are refunded to the player's balance in full.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. Markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of play (e.g., ball delivery in cricket, VAR review in football). Any bet submitted during a suspension period will either be placed at post-suspension odds or rejected — the platform will notify you of the outcome.
- Match Abandonment and Postponement: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period for settlement has been reached, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport are published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
- Casino Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by the actions of real human dealers operating within professionally managed studio environments. piok does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and reflect certified values.
- Disconnection Policy: If a game round or live bet is interrupted by a network disconnection, piok's system records the state of the round at the point of disconnection. Game rounds in progress will be completed by the system and the outcome credited or debited accordingly once connectivity is restored. piok is not liable for losses caused by the player's own internet connectivity issues.
- Maximum Win Limits: Maximum single-win limits may apply to specific game categories or promotional bets. Where applicable, these limits are published on the relevant game or promotion page. piok reserves the right to cap winnings at the stated maximum regardless of the theoretical return calculation.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
piok is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Bangladesh player base. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of adult entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek support promptly.

Account Closure & Suspension
Either the player or piok may initiate account closure or suspension, subject to the conditions set out below. Closure does not extinguish any obligations that arose prior to the closure date — including any outstanding wagering requirements on accepted bonuses or any pending fraud investigation.
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
- piok-Initiated Suspension: piok reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account immediately and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any other conduct that jeopardises the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
- piok-Initiated Closure: Following investigation, piok may permanently close an account where a serious breach of this Agreement has been established. In such cases, any balance attributable to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate play will be returned.
- Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. piok will attempt to contact the registered player via email prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. Details of dormant account fees, where applicable, are published in the platform's fee schedule.
- Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. piok will review the appeal and respond within 5 business days. Accounts under investigation will remain restricted during the appeals process.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the piok platform — including but not limited to the piok brand name, logo, design elements, typography, colour scheme, software, source code, game artwork, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of piok or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.
- Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the piok platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any piok content.
- Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the piok platform or its content without the prior written consent of piok.
- Third-Party Game Content: Game titles available on piok are the intellectual property of their respective studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Use of those titles is subject to the relevant studio's end-user terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
- Reporting Infringement: If you believe that content on the piok platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at [email protected] with a detailed description of the claimed infringement and evidence of ownership. piok will review all legitimate claims promptly.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piok's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Excluded Losses: piok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage — arising from your use of the platform, regardless of whether piok was advised of the possibility of such losses.
- Service Availability: piok does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
- Third-Party Services: piok is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game studios, live dealer streaming services, or internet service providers. Any disputes with these third parties must be directed to the relevant provider.
- Force Majeure: piok shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, power failures, network outages, or acts of war or terrorism.
Amendments to These Terms
piok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, payment methods, or operational requirements.
When a material change is made to these Terms & Conditions, piok will notify registered players via email to the address on record and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect platform security — in which case the change may take effect immediately.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force. Continued use of piok following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international iGaming standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which piok is operated.
- Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact piok's support team at [email protected] and allow piok a reasonable period of not less than 14 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The majority of player concerns are resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication with our support team.
- Formal Disputes: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. piok will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute resolution process and will provide relevant account records and transaction data as required.
- Game Outcome Disputes: All game outcomes are recorded in piok's server logs. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game round or bet settlement, the server-side records shall be considered the authoritative record. piok will investigate and respond to all game outcome disputes within 5 business days.
- Language of Proceedings: All formal dispute communications, documentation, and proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in English. piok is not obligated to provide documentation or respond to communications submitted in any other language.
- Limitation Period: Any claim arising from your use of piok must be submitted within 6 months of the date on which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Claims submitted outside this limitation period will not be entertained.
